Staff aren't allowed to give any items? Atleast that's what ArrowHead said. You're a helpful guy in terms of labor, but I don't know about how you help newbies. However I've only seen you online for around 5 hours so I can't say much. You have great potential for staff. I will support once I see you help out players more often.

I wouldn't do that, I admire arrow and would only give food/building materials, no weapons, and no armor, I stick to that, it is not abuse, it is being helpful. Also, I would try to learn the commands and help, I have been on for quite some time now. I really think I would help the newbies, by teaching them some of the ropes. To get in in-depth idea, you may come to me on some things, but you'd most likely go to someone more experienced and that has been a staff/support longer then new staff/support. I would really help with the basics, and it isn't often a newbie asks a question is it. I am very helpful as I help people in my town (arrowhead, blaster, 456racer etc.) You may not see it, but I am.

It can be abuse in some ways. For example, asking for ton of building material for a small project and selling the leftovers for money.

I would only give what is necessary, I wouldn't give a lot, I would look at what they are doing, and give them an amount based on what I think is enough, if what I give them isn't enough, they can always ask for more, I will always try to never give them to much of the material, which will hopefully limit that outcome.

I give out item depending on the cause and i taught lunar everything he knows 8)

Thecyberhedgehog's pretty solid. I met him on one of the other MC servers I was on. Very helpful to newcomers and never ran afoul of anyone in the game.

I actually see it a lot, and it seems that you and Arrow get along quite well. I support you. On a side note: what amount of time is expected of a staff app? I saw people say that 150 hours "isn't enough" but shouldn't we be looking for how mature the player is, how helpful and nice, and how well the application is written instead? If you know the commands and are helpful, mature, and nice, why do you need 100+ hours to even have a shot at Staff? Just my cup of tea. Oh, and cyber is willing to use a large amount of his time for helping people, as he used up ~5 hours just to help Arrow. He's also nice to all the players.

While I'm not looking for staff, and I generally do not ever just make staff players I haven't see on the server for long time...

...if you are gonna put in the hours you are likely to be on the server, then you need to also put in the timezone/country you are playing from.. otherwise it means nuffink!

I put in the timezone, but just for you to know, when i put in this post, for me it is 6:05.

Sorry but that is a false and misleading statement, there is not the space to have an increasing staff list. It just means that those who play often are more likely to have a chance should I need to recruit more staff to help out in the future, you should play on the server because you enjoying playing here and helping to improve it.
