no thats for the whole town, residents have there own perms for the plots they own.. so if u turn build/destroy off, they can't build/destroy out...

you do any towny command and put a ? on the end it will usually give more info like  "/t set ?",  "/t set perm ?"

Do /t set perm resident [build/destroy] [on/off]/t set perm resident build off/t set perm resident destroy off

I didn't like the start with the screenshots fading, I mean its a video slideshows just look boring, and its 50seconds before the video even star...
