    For bounty, you need the PLAYER'S HEAD to claim the bounty, which is received from killing the player

    Update: added basic guide to plots, full command list (not including admin commands)
    Next: guide for nations and better formatting for full command list
    Later: better formatting? advance guide, on or separate post

    I just made a quick nations section, this is still not done all i have left is redoing the full command list (help me 🙁 jk)
