Some hack-client idiot was spamming with hacks to point of causing 7 second lag delay to server. My screen was blazing by at the speed of fast (lel) with NCP messages. I temp-banned for 30d. Account was: eva_n99

Just give new accounts that go onto spamming like that the name & ip ban.
