Koolio I got a new idea for a rank. It's a rank lower than staff but higher than donator called CHOSEN. It gets the warp perm and creative and the rest. That's all.

Actually bek, koolio already has a rank somewhat like that coming out. It is called helper. Helpers are lower then staff, but have a lot of perms similar to staff. They can have sponges, work with lockettes, tp to people, and other stuff i cant think of at the moment. So, good idea, but a bit late.
No idea when I will do this other rank, and yes it is very much how Cyber described it.
