I suggest that you remove, or atleast limit the chances of getting a head when you kill someone. If a head drops everytime you kill someone, there will be spawn campers purely aiming for  the collection of player heads, ruining some peoples' experience. Personally, this doesn't affect me, however I did find it a nice tool for listing hacking players, as I am making a wall of known hackers who I've killed. Discuss.
