SnowAOS and I the other day were talking about a new towny rank. The rank is co-mayor. The Co-Mayor has most mayor commands except for changing the board, kicking out the mayor, and/or making a new one.
This idea isn't fully completed yet, but if you would like to add on ideas it would be appreciated ;D
