A person could be crazy experienced but a proper app is needed. Just as in real life be crazy experienced but if you make a shitty resume guess what your not getting chosen anyways. Ramato seems like a good choice. If you make a proper good app I think you got a high chance. Good luck man!

Though had you stuck around you probably would have been made staff. However you are gonna have to wait for the current helper ranks to have there chance first.

Your past rank does not automatically entitle you to a new rank. I learned this the fun way. 😀
