Technically, Even is not a staff, but a donator, so...

even is not offical staff if you go to the staff board at titan it says he is also a donator, and not you can not buy the staff/support rank idk how he got it maybe he doanted a rediculessly high amount of money but DONT donate alot and say oh i donated so much give me staff.

yeh the player behind evenhogn donated at a time when I was needing more staff, he also played before then and wanted to be staff. He didn't donate a ridiculous amount either, you can't buy staff position on a donation alone, but donating even a small amount certainly does put you at a more favorable position sometimes.

I say sometimes because I don't want some to have the idea that donating will get you staff, you may never get staff on the server.  It don't matter how much you want it or think you deserve it or even donated in the hopes you would get it. Its nothing personal its just dependent how I think you would would be as a staff member. The position isn't for everyone.

Getting the current staff rank is the equivalent to a free donation rank tier3 and creative, so I don't just give that out, I need staff who can be trusted, sometimes it is easier to trust someone who has already donated. You can see why that is I'm sure, I don't necessarily prefer donators for staff positions, those who get staff privileges and haven't donated are sometimes much better staff to have on the server.

Anyway should just play for whatever you get out of playing minecraft, get on with what you do, try to be a good player and not cause bad trouble, show interest in the staff position if you want to, point out what good qualities you would bring to it if you had it, and then leave it. And by leave it I don't be mean lose interest in playing on the server because you didn't get it, and then come back asking again (if you lose interest playing the game then its better to come back playing with interest, before even mentioning staff asking again).. because those players are dropped out of mind real quick
