brick as I said before I'm not considering any Member+ applications, its not even a rank needing an application. Its rank that doesn't have any set requirements.

Its rank that was only actually made for ex staff, then it got used to put few old KZ players in, those who had been Voter+ ie they had achieved doing something for the server that I felt deserved better status with the permanent fly perk.

And the only reason it doesn't fill up with more members is because when players have permanent fly, and the only vote bribery I have as incentive to get players to actually go vote is flydiscs &  $$$$ ... with the later being something that many have found other ways to exploit ie Jobs plugin.. Well you get the picture its a closed rank, until I make changes to how I want it to work.

As for shawno, no he isn't being banned off the forums.
