Put it this way someone who comes on the server and tries to vote for it every 24hrs for the month is the kind of member who gets member+
They will get it sooner, you could also go for the architect rank etc... And flydiscs are given out for voters heck you can even get them for some projects.
But i'm not just giving out Member+ no offence but its my way of sifting out the true members from the Johnny-come-latelies.
