Why do you want to be a -Staff?
-im currently in business school and beleive thet taking on some responsibility in administration would benifit me experience wise. i also think i would be able to help out adequately when it comes to the new people. i also have a pretty keen eye when it comes to hackers. Also, to improve the structure on my town.
Tell me about Yourself?
-My name is kevin. i currently attend colledge classes for computing and business. i game on average 30 hours a week.
Main Reason to get -Staff?
-I am pretty familiar with most bukkit server commands and how they should and should not be used. i also think i may be a benificial member added to your team. i generally stay kind and am a pretty competent builder. when neccasary i can make important decisions and a merciful when neccesarry.
the biggest reason i would like to be staff is because i have been on servers where the staff is awful. i am certain if given the chance you will find am a pretty good guy to have on staff.

And are you saying are staff is awful?
You play 1-10 hours a day, joined in june and still have only 48 hours playtime. explain?

to answer the questions, this isnt the only server i play on. i play 1 to 10 hours a day if homework allows. that can be split between many servers. and of course your staff is great i was saying that other servers are poorly moderated. and i have been getting more and more active on this server, hence the app.
Yet you been here from 1-10hrs for like 7 months yet you still have 48 hr i call bs on that cause if you did play on kz you would have at least 100
The problem is, we have great staff on this server. And when koolio needs other staff, there are enough people that are good enough and ready to become staff. And you, I haven't seen you much, or not. And no bad word about you, but you aren't good enough yet. Plus you play on other servers, and most of the kraftzone players don't. That can make a difference.

Right there that proves you aren't 100% familiar with commands.
Playtime is nowhere near the amount most likely wanted by Koolio/Kooglio
And the part about buisness school and stuff, and about administration... this is a VIDEO GAME, not real life. It most likely won't help you in any way what-so-ever in real life.
Other then that, it is ok, just play a little more
