I highly recommend you to work on your current month votes and playtime since you're not going anywhere.
Even if you're a donator T3 or Helper doesn't mean you don't need to vote, just saying.

Reason 1: Anyways if you were wondering how helpers become Staff.. well basically we choose only the best and I'm saying the BEST helpers between the other helpers. Things that can give you more chances to get Staff faster and efficient.
-Help build projects.
-Help new comers and players in help.
-Welcome players as they arrive.
-Be respectful and have a great influence on most of the players.

what Johhny said, try to run a town, it helps with being able to provide a town base for new players and bring them into kraftzone until they run there own town etc

not voting, or being active enough to run a town, or self motivation to start your own building projects! those are all factors that count against getting staff.

I would like to apply for a member of the Kraft-zone server and I have a couple reasons why I would be a useful staff member.
Reason number one: I like to help anyone that needs help and If people ask for something, I can give it to them or help them get it by anyway. If I don't have permission for what they want then I will give them the materials for what they need to make.
Number Two: I am also a trusted Person to keep something that no one needs to know about unless it's Illegal in the server then I will report to the current staff online.
