Its called resource packs and there easy to install 1.Download the folder 2. put it on your desktop 3. go to start menu and search %appdata% 4.click roaming 5.Open resouce packs folder when u find it 6. drag resource pack download into the folder 7. Play Minecraft 
Note: this only works for widows idk how to do apple.
