I think that with our system of ranks, there is a long gap between member and member+. I know this has been mentioned many times before, but maybe create a trusted member rank, represented by a green t and a blue m in [tM]. Yeah, this does seem stupid, and maybe requires a bit of work, but I feel that there should be a new rank, such as the trusted member rank above, or add a few commands to member's pallet to add a bit more variety. I don't particularly know what commands, but I'm sure that all of us could agree on a few. For example, maybe /hat could be a member command, because in my opinion, it's absolutely pointless and cosmetic. Please koolio, take this into consideration.

Buying all Redstone ore (blocks too when updated), lapis ore/blocks/pieces, and selling diamond blocks.
25 per Redstone ore, same for lapis ore.
5 per lapis piece, 45 for a block.
And selling diamond blocks 11500 each 😉
