I would like to be staff because I really want to help out the others in the server. I really want to prevent the server from being destroyed by griefers.I have been on for 1 year (chebaroo was my alt because I had cracked minecraft now I have premium my name is TheLoneWolf119).It would be fun to help out others and keep the server popular. The server is fun and i have brought in a few friends and I do want to be mod like I said to help others. Please vote me to be Moderator.
I am by sometimes at 10 AM or if not 1 PM and up. Can’t have my service on week days I’m on right now because of the holidays. I’m most likely not on Monday's Wednesdays and Fridays. I’m able to be on for about 5hrsI enjoy helping others. NOTE: IF I CAN ILL BE ON LONGER THAN 5 hrs. Just depends .

Well it all started on June 4 2011 I was playing a minecraft server with my friend we were just mining and then suddenly more than one hacker started spamming the thing where it says Welcome to the Server (Name here)very quickly it happened in a split second and continued and then the owner came in and said we have to shut down the server because the hacker won't stop so he ended the server and me and my friend had an awesome home with everything and we lost it all.....This is my reason why i want to be moderator. To keep the server from being shut down! This is my reason.............. (IF YOU DIDNT GET IT READ IT AGAIN!)

I really hope this isn't how you would write a real essay for an application... It's very rough and isn't divided into good, readable pieces. You don't need to start a new line for ever piece of information.
But in other caes, I like your story, but I have to say that TheCyberHedgeHog is right to say you didn't include your totalplaytime. We have no idea how long you've been playing on our server.
To make this application better- paragraphs man, paragraphs! and add totalplaytime.

The server most likely will not be destroyed by griefers (because of towny).
That is great you brought friends in but that doesn't really support your application.
The server will most likely stay popular not because of staff/support (no offense).
And the qualities, seems everyone has them xD. From what I have seen on the server, you are creative, epic, and intelligent.
The others you could never tell from a game (those qualities are shown in real life).
Of course, play a bit more.
For now that is itn Good otherwise though
