So First you have to Become A Member Mmmmkay? Than You have to become a Mod Mmmkay? Than You have To become Head-Mod Mmmkay? Than you become o wait This the regular rank thing you see on factions where you can become Admin right at the start! MMmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmkaaaaaay?

On This server First you do the steps takin right here-
-Active
-Voting
-Become Member
-Become Member +
-Become Donar (Don't have to but you shod c:)
-Become Helper (Do a App.)
-Become Staff
-Become Support

And You cant go more but you could be demoted so watch out.
