You could help me help you by actually getting your new ip that isn't working, and sending it directly via pm, so that i may approve this new ip.
so you do that this time and then you'll know to do that the next time, it will get done a lot faster than letting me do all the work.
in this time I've written this i probably could have gotten this other new ip you tried connecting with and white listed it, but lessons need to learned cus doing this annoys me ::) next time send the ip in a pm!
