I was checking peoples inventory then i saw doctoraaron with illegal armor and an axe
I told him where he got that and he told me he found it on a griefed house. and the chest wasn't locked, so he took it from that chest. i asked him how is that even possible, he informed me that it had very low health on it and he got it repaired.
He also told me that Koolio allowed him to keep those items.
He also has more illegal stuff(Pickaxe,Diamond set) rather than that axe. I was also suspecting that slayerkid123 gave him
that axe and armor since it has his name on it.
I don't see the point if Koolio is ok with it.

Problem is that taking things away currently doesn't stop the root problem.. so no point in doing that until some way of preventing these item enchants is possible aswel as stricter guidelines for donators who have so far not had many restrictions.

I think the easiest way about is by restricting sometimes (i heard some just use enchant books) so maybe a plugin that can stop them i found some:

Maybe something along these lines if it's enchantbooks that is part of the problem

Here's what I say we do, when encountering illegal items, destroy them. No excuses.
So let me get this right.
A player gets 30xp levels, and enchants a book..
then uses that enchanted book and an item with the anvil...
repeat process until the item has loads of enchants on it.. because the anvil doesn't seem to limit the amount of enchants on an item. Like the sword used to only be able to have a certain number of enchants.
Is this not just Mojang failure?
Because I'm not seeing what is illegal about it gamewise, seeing as every player can do that. Though the chances of believing a player legit farmed the required xp to enchant that many books, and apply them to an item which costs more xp using the anvil. Probably does hit the suspicious meter hard. And donators with creative can do it a lot more easily.

is probably the best thing to combat it, next to finding some other plugin thats puts some more limits on creative for donators that are clearly abusing things and giving out/selling these op items.

What? I've tried to use books to enchant things, and after 2 enchants, i cant use anymore books, while I'm on creative, i think the majority of the illegal enchants are bought from EnchantShop
What jp123loz says, I wasn't able to add more than two enchantments to a tool when being in survival. When being creative on the other hand gives you no limitations.
well i was going off what some people say, and i posted that if it was the problem but maybe each enchant at the enchant shop should be 2 million+ so you cant get alot of enchants for dirt cheap, the way the economy is (everyone has 5 million dollars XD)

Guess I tested that while in creative mode then.
well free to confiscate said items from non donators then and donators if they have been accused of using them in a pvp combat.
and yeh blue can make the adjustment to the enchantment shop sign prices.
