Help with KZ Launcher

Im back and I got my own laptop now and i download KZ Launcher. I downloaded all the files required i think. When i click launch it loads Minecraft but when i try to join Kraftzone it tries to connect for 20 seconds then it says failed. I dont know if im missing something or what is going on. I cant't join cracked server, and the premium server doesnt work because i don't have a premium Acc. Someone please help or guide me through what to do please. :)

my son forgot his password for kraftzone server. it recognizes account coming in. how do we go about getting it reset?

Can you add on new mods to the kz launcher like hexxit, ars magica, etc. or is that not possible for me to do

I have a few minor questions that I think should be answered before more muting occurs.

for starters, I understand fully that swearing on the server is allowed, I myself swear although avoid it when I am aware that people who dislike it are online. I also avoid using it excessively because that is not necessary and makes the chat ugly and I also avoid using it to offend people (where possible :D). Anyway. I was recently muted for talking with Benza about the Croatian language, in particular, swear words, we were just having some friendly Banta when BrandonMC muted me for 10 minutes. He did warn me although I responded to his warning with a question because it wasn't very specific and I didn't really want to stop because I was enjoying the conversation and found it quite funny. This leaves the question, is swearing (excessively) in another language and (partially) in English deserve to get you muted, without even a clear warning? It was quite a nucance to me to get muted at that particular moment so I am a little bit irritated. I am not complaining, I am just asking the question: was it fair that I was muted like that? I only ask this because as I said it is annoying, and I wouldn't like it to happen in the future so therefore I think the rules should be clarified. I am not complaining in anyway at all and my mute is almost over. I hope I have made my question clear :-)

my player glitch

Today I was playing on kz and when I do /home I started to die and die over and over again...i could do nothing then the server crashed....koolio can u help me I dont know what to do😢...

underlay tool acting funky

So having issues with my underlay tool "/b under d1". Know i just recently found out about this brush and was told/read it works like the overlay but on ceilings.

Now here's my issue its doing nothing of the sort its acting as the over lay brush. When i point it at my cave ceiling nothing happens with either the tool. as soo as i point to the ground and click the tools act like the overlay brush and place what i wanted on my ceiling in the ground.

I have done everything i can think of with resetting all my brushes to default. I feel its simple fix, i'm just lost

What should I do when my in-game screen is glitching?

Heyo guys, I just wanna know how am I suppose to fix my screen. When I log in to Kraftzone I can see for about 2 seconds all the builds and all. Then suddenly it just glitches out and I can barely see anything on my screen except for floating signs and water flowing on the ground.

When u press edit what do you put for; Server Name & Server Address? I need to get on but i cant.

i really wanted to play minecraft again, so i thought of kraftzone
when i came back and tried to login i forgot my username/password so i downloaded cracked version and when i tried to login as a new user it asked me

please register. /register

i understood the procedure, so i typed the password i wanted but it gave me an error message instead saying

"you have registered too many accounts on this ip." -suck my ass

but the only person i registered was Mejran but he is premium and like i said, i forgot the password

so can koolio or a staff person, reset all data on my accounts so i can register a new one? i dont know how it works but i think its possible, if not i dont think i will be able to play on kraftzone ever again.
