Do you play on other servers or other online games? And if you do, does the same problem happen?

what red asked... server is now in Europe/Germany,  but most players from USA are only getting an extra 80-150ms ping on top of what they had on the previous server.

So I'm more inclined to think its your internet connection, and if you have a wireless one. Packet loss is a big factor with wireless and with congested connections (ie heavy uploading/downloading going on the same connection causing it to go very slow)

I do play on other minecraft servers and don't have this problem. But if it is my connection I don't understand why it's not always been doing this.

I mean when you have this problem today connecting to kz ( was it using mc.kraftzone.tk  or the ip?) ... and did you goto another server and still have the same problem with lag?

for some reason when I log on to the old ip (192.198.115.166) I have no lag and it lets me log in and works perfect.

Yes I tried with both the kraftzone.tk ip and the 193.111.141.198 and still got the same problem and to make sure it wasn't my connection I went on another server and didn't have the lag problems. But I didn't have to log in because it was  a premium server.

Is Canada an option?

Every time I log in, I get the same exact thing. Lag for several seconds.
Annoying as hell to times.

well yes the server will be great in canada cuz most of the players r in Canada and me too i get some lag now and it sometimes freezes.

Ideal location would be a boat in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean Canada is a horrible idea

On the other side, as far as I know all support come from Europe

Correction all servers I play on have this problem and I have yet to find a way to fix this problem. So I guess I'm done with minecraft for awhile. I will try every week or so to try and connect to this server. But for now I'm done with minecraft. Bye guys :'(

Its definitely your internet connection though it could be any number of things specifically some being things you could do to improve it, ie kick off anyone using up all the bandwidth, use wired and not wireless to the router if that's what you use.

Sorry you can't get on to play though, I don't like it when anyone has connection troubles with the server just that there isn't anything I can really do about it short of changing server location and throwing more money at. Which just not going to happen for a while as the current host fits the bill on all fronts right now.

Canada... Really... Who plays in Canada?

It lets me on every once in awhile so I will still try to vote everyday. I just have really slow internet. I live out in the middle of no where and we have a choice of really slow internet (which is what I have) or really fast internet. So I guess I'll have to make that upgrade. I don't really wanna give up Minecraft it's super fun specialty Kraftzone. Its my favorite server 😀 So I guess its worth paying alittle bit extra for high speed internet. Hopefully I can upgrade soon. But who knows might be 6-7 months til I get the internet I need.
