He means this is not a proper application, you know you need to add more information like your in-game name, your age, your total playtime and votes, why do you want to be helper, etc...

Lol Redarrow and yes his comment was true. What you made was not helper app. Make a proper app with more details and maybe then koolio can asses you on whether you are worthy for helper or not
