I would make a good staff because i am very helpful and like to help anyone with the perms i have and i follow the rules on the server like any good staffer should.
the second reason I think I would make a good staff member is because i don't fight with any of the other staffers or helpers so there will not be so many arguments.
i have been helper on this awesome server and you can ask around that i help most of everyone that i can help because i don't have the perms they want me to give them stuff in creative for, but I know that I am not allowed to do that by following the rules.
and thirdly I do not use curse language, it makes the situation worse
I think you need to continue your work as a helper before you apply - or are considered to be promoted.
Your activity is somewhat lacking - to accompany your play time as a helper and then apply seems unfitting to me;
of course you should also work on not giving people free items from your creative inventory!
